The first economic, legal and technical evaluation of the projects to be purchased will be completed by RSV's internal "competence team".
After a preliminary positive valuation an additional Due Diligence will be performed by external internationally renowned engineering, accounting and legal firms.
Only after completion of a thorough and satisfactory internal and external Due Diligence, a final investment decision is made.
These quality tests ensure that the investment projects have minimal economic, legal or technical risks.
